Tuesday marked day six of Bholaa’s premiere, and its box office revenue increased by an additional 4.80 crore. The movie has made 53.58 crores so far. The movie premiered on Thursday. (March 30).
The Tamil hit Kaithi, which was written and produced by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is translated into Hindi as Bholaa. After being released from prison, an ex-convict (Karthi) chooses to meet his daughter for the first time. Unfortunately, he gets caught up in a shootout between the police and the drug cartel.
Ajay plays a recently released prisoner in the movie Bholaa, and Tabu plays an IPS officer. Ajay’s fourth feature under his own direction is Bholaa, following the 2008 films U, Me aur Hum, Shivaay, and Runwav 34.
