For the Pixel Watch, Google produces 10 bands, half of which are “Google Store exclusive.” The Pixel Watch Performance Loop Band isn’t, thankfully.
Curiously, in late November, right before Thanksgiving, Google announced and released the Pixel Watch Performance Loop Band. In addition to the Google Store, Amazon now offers the 41mm variant, which works with the Pixel Watch, Pixel Watch 2, and Pixel Watch 3, in three of the four available colors:
- Peony (Polished Silver Stainless Steel lugs)
- Porcelain (Silver)
- Wintergreen (Champagne Gold)
At this time, Obsidian (Matte Black) is not available, nor is the 45mm version. (It’s annoying that Amazon lists all of the Pixel Watch straps in one listing.)
The Performance Loop Band, designed for exercise, is “micro-adjustable” (velcro) and composed of “recycled polyester, nylon, and elastane yarns.” The water resistance is described as “Workout-friendly.”
It is now widely available in stores, joining the Active Sport Band, Pixel Watch Woven Band, Pixel Watch Active Band, and Pixel Watch Crafted Leather Band.
The Pixel Watch Stretch Band, Pixel Watch Two-Tone Leather Band, Pixel Watch Metal Mesh Band, Pixel Watch Metal Slim Band, and Pixel Watch Metal Links Band are the only five bands that are available through the Google Store.
