Sunday was music’s biggest night, with several of your favorite artists winning Grammys. Kendrick Lamar, who made history at the 2025 Grammys by winning all five prizes he was nominated for with his diss track “Not Like Us,” led the way with nine. By the end of the night, he’d won four Grammys, including Record of the Year for “Luther” alongside collaborator SZA.
Lady Gaga had seven nominations this year, including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, and Song of the Year. Mother Monster, who presented a high-energy performance on the Grammys stage, went away with Best Pop Vocal Album for Mayhem and Best Dance Pop Recording for “Abracadabra,” as well as Best Remixed Recording for “Abracadabra (Gesaffelstein Remix).”
However, the greatest winner of the evening was Bad Bunny, who was supposed to perform during the 2026 Super Bowl halftime performance. He became the first Spanish-language artist to win Album of the Year for DeBỹ TiRAR MáS FOToS. Additionally, he is the first to receive nominations for Record of the Year, Album, and Song.
“I want to dedicate this award to all the people who had to leave their homeland, their country, to follow their dreams,” he said as he accepted the award.
Addison Rae, Katseye, and Lola Young were among the many up-and-coming artists nominated for the Best New Artist category. Ultimately, however, it was Olivia Dean who earned the medal, with an acceptance speech that praised her immigrant ancestors.
