The film Baaghi 3, starring actors Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor, has been released at the box office and the film has so far done business of over 85 crores. However, it is being said that the film’s earnings have decreased due to fear of corona virus.

The film’s opening day was estimated to be Rs 21 crores. The upcoming film Suryavanshi is estimated at 30.8 million. However, its earnings have also been affected due to Corona.

The film by Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty was estimated to have grossed over 36 crores on the first day. He speaks of having 15-20% impact on the earnings of big Hindi films due to corona in the coming months. According to him, Homi Adajania and Irrfan Khan’s film English Medium may also face a 25-30% drop in earnings.
The bad news for this film is also that multiplexes have recently been closed in Delhi, Kerala and Jammu and Kashmir. Due to this also the film’s earnings will be affected. Delhi’s exhibitor Sanjay Mehta believes that it is not right to blame the corona virus only for low earnings. He said, ‘Board examinations have already taken place before Holi. Apart from this, the violence and protests in Delhi have also affected the film’s earnings. Late evening and night shows are running empty in Uttar Pradesh.
Many actors have also canceled city tours during the film’s promotion due to the corona virus. This also affects the film’s earnings because people do not reach to watch the film due to lack of ringing about films.
