Those people growing up in the late eighties will remember those mornings. When there was silence on the paths without any curfew. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus Covid 19, the silence is on the streets right now. Something similar was seen then. When the lovers of Ramayana and Mahabharata used to go to lockdown in their respective houses. Once again the memories of the same era are going to be refreshed.
With the aim of providing healthy entertainment to the people due to the corona virus lockdown. both of these successful shows in Indian TV history are being broadcast again. Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar has announced this.

Nitish Bhardwaj played the role of Lord Krishna in the show, while Feroz Khan was in the role of Arjun. The show brought Feroze so much popularity that he changed his name to Arjun even in real life. Mukesh Khanna played the role of Bhishma Pitamah. Which is his special identity even today. Apart from these, Gajendra Chauhan played the role of Yudhishthira and Praveen Kumar played Bhima. Rupa Ganguly was in the role of Draupadi. The special thing is that Mahabharata had given popularity to most of these artists.
