Sharing the video on his Twitter, Tejashwi Yadav wrote, ‘Bihar, which gives 56 MPs (50 NDA) to the country, is in such a bad condition that doctors have to ask for help by making videos. I humbly pray to Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan Ji to please save 12 crore Biharis by providing proper tools of investigation, treatment, and treatment to doctors.
