Chicago will welcome some of the biggest names in music in 2024, including the world’s most streamed musician and a classic rock band bidding adieu.
In the upcoming year, the latter, Bad Bunny, has three performances scheduled for the United Center. In 2024, the Eagles will also begin their final tour, playing a show at the United Centre in late winter with Steely Dan.

Metallica, Creed, and George Strait and Chris Stapleton are all scheduled to perform at Soldier Field this summer. Additionally, Creed will be doing a reunion tour at Tinley Park.
The largest acts scheduled to visit the region in 2024 are listed below.
Alkaline Trio
On March 16, Alkaline Trio, who are on a tour in support of their latest record, will stop by Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom.
The legendary performer’s extensive “Most Wanted Tour” will stop in Chicago for three days in late March, March 28–30, at the United Centre.
Creed
On August 16, the band will visit Tinley Park’s Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre as part of their Summer of ’99 tour.
Steely Dan and the Eagles
March 8 is the one and only night that the Eagles’ “Long Goodbye” tour will stop in Chicago.
Chris Stapleton and George Strait
On 20 July, the legendary country music performers will stop at Soldier Field in Chicago as part of their big tour.
Maiden Iron
On October 24, the band’s “Future Past Tour” will stop in Rosemont’s Allstate Arena.
Madonna
On February 1 and 2, of next year, Chicago’s United Centre will host the postponed “Celebration Tour.”
Metallica
On 9 and 11, the M72 World Tour will stop at Soldier Field in Chicago.
New Kids on the Block
On June 15, the legendary boy band will perform at Tinley Park’s Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre with Paula Abdul and DJ Jazzy Jeff.
Olivia Rodrigo
On March 19 and 20, Rodrigo’s “Guts World Tour” will stop at Chicago’s United Centre, accompanied by Chappell Roan.
Sam Hunt
On February 24, Hunt will perform with Brett Young and Lily Rose at Rosemont’s Allstate Arena.
Tim McGraw
McGraw and company will visit the United Centre on May 31, 2024, as part of their “Standing Room Only” tour, which will stop in Chicago.
Zach Bryan
Bryan will set up shop at the United Centre from March 5 to 7 for three nights as part of his “Quittin Time Tour.”
