The second wife of businessman Vikas Malu, who ignored a Monday summons to appear for questioning in relation to the death of veteran actor and director Satish Kaushik, will receive a supplementary notice, the Delhi Police announced.
She was summoned for questioning on Monday at 11 a.m., but she did not show up, according to the police. The accounts of between 25 and 30 visitors and employees who were present at Malu’s farmhouse the night Kaushik died have so far been recorded, according to the police, and nothing untoward has been discovered.
“According to the autopsy report, Kaushik passed away following a heart arrest. We are also anticipating reports from the Forensic Science Laboratory and other sources that could provide additional insight. On March 9, Kaushik, who had been in the capital city to see someone, passed away. According to initial reports from the police, Kaushik celebrated Holi with pals before turning in for the night about 9.30 p.m.
His condition started to deteriorate at 12 am. The police stated that he called his manager and informed him that he was having breathing problems, and that he then drove him to Fortis Hospital in Gurugram, where he died at 1.43 am despite receiving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
