Suicide is an unfortunate indication of poor psychological health of the individuals of society. Psychological stress is scoring fatally, particularly victimising the youths. These incidents have been common among adolescents but lately, the actors have been in the news. From a distance, it is very difficult to judge, yet conflicting cues and missing suicide note speaks conspicuously in case of SSR – Sushant Singh Rajput who had lately advocated in his chartbuster movie “ CHICHORE ” against suicide – what an irony. While glancing through his activity, history and what the masses have been posting in the Social media, it surely deserves deep investigation to define whether it was suicide or crime – the Mumbai Police must safeguard their reputation by best of investigation.
Dr. Arun K. Shukla as a psychological analyst what is your take? Did he commit suicide? or did he seem to be that coward ? or what are the symptoms that are displayed by one who commits suicide?
The suicide is always a process that builds up over the period of time in a weak-minded and is reflected by strong withdrawal symptoms, disassociation and lack of physical activity which all psychologist and psychiatrist will agree. The candidate possesses a history of being an introvert personality or obsessive-compulsive, displayed by sudden mood changes. The self-made man or building from scratch does not have these symptoms, they are mostly fighters and survivors, not cowards, we have many great examples of political leaders and social champions in front of us. Thus the opinion of masses and some member of parliament seems to hold strength that it may possibly be a well-crafted crime to insure monopoly in the rich kingdom of Bollywood ( thus they have advocated a CBI enquiry ) , many things need to be explored so to establish the psychological confidence of judiciary, police & the political machinery of the state.
Dr Arun K Shukla you have been a psychological trainer for both La Militaire and Successful Heroes, how you train the youth to become psychologically strong as armed forces goes through immense stress yet suicidal rate is very poor? And what is your final word to youth so that they do not commit suicide nor get abetted nor become part of the conspiracy?
Well, only the strong-minded are selected to be part of the forces and thereafter they are further trained to be strong forever, the implosive therapy which is alike bombarding of stress situation under controlled conditions is a very effective tool of training, the background and strong social bonding also plays a major role in the sustenance of mental balance. Well, there is always going to be sunrise tomorrow and the world is full of opportunities. The autobiographies and biographies of many great leaders and heroes spell them well. In case of abetting and conspiracy, one should communicate and spell evidences strong and clear, so that the conspiring is only punished, restricting wrong messages being spread in the world defaming the suicide doer or the innocent blamed thereafter who is not behind the crime.
Psychologist across the world would agree that the psychological tendencies of an individual are the result of one’s upbringing and the grooming defines the possibility of future action of extreme.
The one who is blessed with a supportive father, loving history of the mother and participative sisters, a self-made fan base and most importantly coming from the state of Bihar, where intellectual abilities and psychological strength to sustain is unparalleled. The chief Minister or the Ex-Chief Ministers of Bihar have shown immense fight back strength which is a strong legacy of Bihar. The person who is well exposed to the state of Bihar would agree and record that the social binding is outstanding and suicide is an uncontemplated activity. Yes, the feudal and caste-based crime is high yet the people by default develops strength of psychological character.
On research, one can correlate it to the immense poverty and tolerance one develops by observing and with parallel existence in those conditions in the state of origin. So no one who has tasted immense self-made success can surrender as it is made to believe by conflicting evidences, today rightly stands as a controversy in the minds of many whether it was suicide or planted murder. The various interlinked suicides in advance are unfortunate symptoms pointing to something deep down under as the masses see it.
For the common man, it is a very unfortunate psychological blow, particularly to the confidence of newcomers or future aspirants, as such sporadic incidence of interlinked suicides if left ignored or delayed as seen in the current happenings are going to set the wrong precedence for the future.
The dynamic state of mind ( suicidal ), that results from modulation of circumstances and people can never force a person to take an extreme step until and unless there is a stepwise conspiracy that forces one to a corner, yet the psychological symptoms of extremity would be in ratio to one’s psychological tendencies recorded in the past.
Gulshan ( pet name ), recorded a spirited childhood and the energy level spoke of his adaptability, in case cornered as his first and pursued dream was to fly in the sky as a pilot, thus pointing to alternative options and unblocked mind.
The various visits by people to his home and their viewpoint speaks of a great support from the family members as reflected in the spirited conversation with father and sisters as stated by the media, healthy laughter or expressing of emotion as Gulshan did is never a built up to suicide.
The bottling up of emotions or lack of psychological support is the symptoms of the person who commits suicide, extroverts are always able to give vent to their accrued frustration in case exhausted with it. Yes if unusually coupled extreme emotions are served then we can question the functioning of mind which was not displayed by the routine followed with a party followed by morning fresh juice etc. To top it all the Wikipedia update, and many deleted evidences, well-timed during the COVID isolation speaks a deep probe by right authorities, so to not spoil the psychological confidence of talented arrivals.
As part of psychological evidences, the masses on the ground believe that the psychiatrist should truly share information so that the dead client is served justice if denied. Yes, it would have been immoral if the client would have been alive.
And last but not the least the last project the actor had participated was a film which was against such crime.

There was no message to his family members whom he knew would feel let down as he had strong bondage with them.
Masses on the ground read this as a well-planned conspiracy with the consensus of many.
