He wrote on his social media that all theatres in India would be closed from midnight till the next order of the official. At the same time, earlier, film producer Dinesh Vijan said while talking to news agency INS. ‘Angrezi Medium’ has been a journey in which I will cherish all my life. One thing I have learned by making this film is that if you make anything with a sincere heart. So the whole dream stands behind you. The film is currently reaching India. At the same time, we are getting love from all over the world, including Dubai. Due to some unexpected circumstances, we were not able to release the film in Delhi and Kerala. Our film will reach these places at the right time.
That the film will also released in places where theatres are currently closed, the movie will be released back when they open. However, despite the release of ‘English Medium’ in Delhi, the performance at the box office is in line with expectations. The film has done a business of 4.03 crores on the first day.
