Lady Gaga has looked for shelter in Mexico after her separation with life partner Christian Carino.
A source disclosed to us the singer was spotted at farmland resort Acre on the Baja landmass in Mexico on Monday.
“She was with three friends,” said a spy. “She had a slick low ponytail, wearing a black outfit and a large diamond necklace.”
A rep for the singer affirmed the split on Tuesday.
Gaga and Hollywood operator Carino were first affirmed as a couple in February 2017, seven months after she canceled her past engagement, to actor Taylor Kinney.
Gaga did not wear her engagement ring at the Grammys this month, and Carino did not go to as her date.
Her Mexican escape with buddies precedes her booked Oscars appearance Sunday night.
