For their first tour in five years, legendary rock band Hootie & the Blowfish will travel next summer, stopping in the Chicago region.
The group, known for winning multiple Grammy Awards and having multiple number-one hits, will embark on a summer tour across North America alongside Edwin McCain and Collective Soul as part of the “Summer Camp With Trucks” tour.

The band’s website states that the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre in Tinley Park will host a show there on August 9, 2024.
Fans who are unable to attend the show can still catch the band on August 8 at Wisconsin’s Somerset Amphitheatre and August 10 at the Alpine Valley Music Theatre.
Early-access tickets will be available starting on Tuesday, and tickets will go on sale on Friday.
Other iconic acts from the 1990s will also perform at the Tinley Park venue, such as Creed, who will visit the suburbs on August 16 as part of their “Summer of ’99” tour.
