In the past year alone over 25+ NFL athletes (and coaching staff) have bought properties in SW Broward. “Southwest Ranches has always been the target for NBA & NFL Players. But now we see that the target has expanded to Davie, Weston and Parkland” says pro athlete relocation realtor David Carrion-Levy. Davie is favored by athletes because it is with a mix of suburban life and security with its many gated communities. The community of Long Lake Ranches is filled with athletes and ex-athletes. So is the case for other communities like Westridge, Stonebrook and Long Lake Estates. Most recently the new quarterback for the Dolphins Tua Tagovailoa purchased a home in Davie. “In the past few years our team has helped more than 25 athletes relocate to SW Broward and we keep getting these requirements it is such a great place to live in” says David.
