People are being encouraged to take self-quarantine to control the rising outbreak of Coronavirus in the country. On Thursday evening, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to all the citizens to follow the curfew on Sunday. This appeal of PM had a meaningful effect, and Bollywood celebrities have also shown interest in supporting it and are requesting their fans to follow it.
Shah Rukh Khan has supported PM Modi’s initiative by tweeting it and termed it a need of the hour. Sharing the video of PM’s appeal, Shah Rukh wrote – Social interaction must be minimized. Apply self-quarantine. Janata curfew is the way to achieve this on Sunday, and we should follow it more and more on a personal level. We need to slow down ourselves to stop the spread of the virus. The most critical step to stop the spread of Coronavirus is to reduce contact with each other. Avoiding going to crowded places can be a useful step. Because coming into contact with an infected person increases the chances of getting vulnerable to the virus.
Apart from Shah Rukh, many celebs including Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Karthik Aryan, Shabana Azmi have supported it. Amitabh Bachchan has even postponed his public darshan to held outside Jalsa. On Sunday and appealed to the fans not to come there. Apart from this, many celebrities have put themselves in self-quarantine. Many celebs, including Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Sonam Kapoor, Mimi Chakraborty, have gone into precautionary isolation.
