The evil universe of the popular Prime Video series The Boys is expanded in Gen V, which is set in Godolkin University, a prominent college for superheroes. A group of teenage superheroes are followed in the gripping television series as they prepare to become the heroes of the future, ideally with big endorsement deals. In addition to the regular college experience, these students competed for the much desired top position at the school by pushing their moral and physical limits.
The teenage superheroes must choose whether to play the hero or the villain in their own stories after learning of a terrible and evil conspiracy at the institution.
Along with Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas, and Marco Pigossi, the series stars Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Lizze Broadway, Shelley Con, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, and Asa Germann. Additionally, Jessie T. Usher, Claudia Doumit, Colby Minifie, and P.J. Byrne make special appearances in Gen V and reprise their The Boys roles.
Fans’ favorites Jack Quaid as Hughie Campbell, Antony Starr as Homelander, and Erin Moriarty as Starlight are among the cast of The Boys to offer advice to newbies in a devilish welcome message to Goldokin University students.
On Friday, September 29, three episodes of the new series, which will only be available on Prime Video, will be released. Thereafter, new episodes will air on a weekly basis until an epic finale airs on November 3.
The official trailer for the show is available here. As a warning, this is a red band trailer, which means it contains some coarse language and blood.
