Amin Pormer is the new rising star of Los Angeles real estate network. The young visionary entrepreneur has a dream to change the real estate game in California. Growing up amongst the skyscrapers of Dubai, Amin has always had a dream of building his own legacy by following in his father’s footsteps. His father was one the big names amongst the real estate investors and builders in Dubai and Iran while he was alive.
In an interview with Amin, who is also known in the social media world as the PrinceofRealState, we asked what his ultimate business goal was? He confidently responded, “My ultimate goal is to cover the 3 main pillars of real estate under my own umbrella: funding, brokerage, and construction. My father used to do all these within his own companies, which made him unique and helped him accelerate his success. I’m looking to make this goal possible not too long from now. Possibly before the end of 2022.”
There are many factors that make Amin unique as a young entrepreneur. Even though he is only 25 years old, he has achieved his bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering, his Masters in Structural Engineering, as well as his real estate license, lending license and General contractor license. That is an astonishing accumulation of achievements at such a young age.
We asked Amin when his career story started? He responded, “When I was 15 and had just moved to LA, I started working immediately. I would support my mother to work if she wanted to, but I would never want her to work to provide for me. I wanted to man up and be the provider for my family. Thank God, I’ve been able to not only achieve my own dreams but also support my mom.
We asked Amin about his business plan in 2022, he responded, “2022 is going to be a very exciting and busy year for me. Not only I’m aiming to scale up my transaction deals for my clients, but I’m planning to start my own flipping business. In fact, I’m in the middle of closing my first closing deal. My goal is to buy older houses that haven’t been upgraded in a long time, remodel them, and sell them. I’ll be my own funder and broker at the same time. all those leverages combined will help my business grow at a faster pace than others. It’s simple logic: the more value you bring to the table, the more seats you can take.”
